At the close of the public portion of the work session, the Chair moved that the council convene an executive session under a cited state revised code section for discussion of per-property matters. The Chair proposed the motion specifically "pursuant to a higher revised code section 1 to 1 dot 2 2 g 2 to consider the per property for purposes," and a member made the motion to enter executive session.
