Committee approves Transcor automated-recovery contract modification and Triumph extension

David Hanley presented two procurement actions for committee approval: a ratification of a modification to a competitively negotiated personal-service contract with Transcor LP to implement an automated revenue-recovery system at a negotiated cost of $3,394,170 (including liquidated damages and two years of support and maintenance) and an amendment to a public-works contract with Triumph Construction Corp to extend median barrier transfer services on the Verrazzano Narrows Bridge for one year at an added cost of $3,048,000.
