After completing public business, the Rockingham County Board voted to enter a nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 for personnel matters. "I'll take a motion to enter to non public... under New Hampshire RSA 91-A:3 — personnel," Commissioner (S3) said when moving the item; the motion was seconded and carried.
