Environment committee approves HOME, CDBG and ARP allocations for planning and housing programs

The committee approved a package of funding resolutions related to housing and planning. Resolution 122 authorizes the county executive to execute grant agreements and for the finance department to receive and disperse funds allocated to Dutchess County under the 2025 Federal HOME Investment Partnership Program. Resolution 123 authorizes acceptance and administration of Community Development Block Grant funds. Resolution 124 amends an earlier county resolution to accept additional American Rescue Plan allocations for the Department of Planning and Development and amend the 2025 adopted county budget.
