Library board reports extended hours, staffing change after Children's Director resignation

Marta Mikalo appeared during public comment to update the council on Arlington Public Library operations. She said county grant funding allowed the library to extend hours and that the library is "now open until 6:00 pm on Wednesdays and all day Saturdays." Mikalo added that Michelle Tuell resigned from the Children's Director position and that the Library Assistant Kylie will step into that role.
