The board heard a staff presentation on elementary assessment results showing gains on winter I-Ready math and DIBELS reading checks. Chair (S3) said the winter assessment showed an increase "from that 11% originally ... to that 29%" meeting grade level in math, and noted a large 4th-grade jump from five to 19 students at or above grade level.
