Highway personnel told commissioners that Bridge 115 (4.00 south east of 103) needed epoxy injection repairs but initial bid solicitations drew no responses. Staff recommended contracting with Blakeley Concrete Masonry Services of Indianapolis for a bid estimate of about $22,397.40 with authority not to exceed $26,000 to allow for quantity changes.
