County staff notified commissioners that the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) received a construction permit application for a Dollar General well in Springport. Staff said the original well permit had expired and the current filing is intended to renew the permit. "Their original well permit had expired... they are going to do a holding tank on a pump and haul order for their septic system," staff said.
