The Pharr Economic Development Corporation entered executive session pursuant to sections 551.071 through 551.087 of the Texas Government Code. After returning to open session the board considered agenda item "Project Apple" and approved a motion "to do as discussed in executive session." The motion was seconded and the chair announced the motion passed by voice vote.
