Developers: gated access and operator choices will determine security model

When asked about on‑site security, Adam Stout said the intention is for gated, card‑access entry and that final security features will depend on the development's operating partner. "That's the intention" he said when asked whether the site will be gated and require card access, and he added that many facilities are unmanned after hours. The team said it is "talking with Public Storage right now," and that whether the property has on‑site security, cameras or only alarms will depend on that operator's model.
