Esquire Rick Williams moved, seconded by Esquire Scott Lasley, to approve a 3-year contract with DebtBook for audit reporting software for the Treasurer’s Office at $7,500 for year one plus a $4,000 implementation cost, totaling $27,660 for the three-year contract. The motion passed on roll call: six yeas, no nays, one absent.
