During public comment, Meg Savala, representing the Azusa Educators Association, asked the board to consider a joint resolution in support of Proposition 3, which she said continues a state funding stream designated primarily for education. Savala said education funding from the measure is at risk if it expires and provided trustees with a template resolution for consideration.
