Consulting engineer recommends awarding storm sewer bid; Gay & High intersection permit in progress
Consulting engineer Kelly Goff recommended awarding the storm sewer base and alternate bids to the low bidder after reference checks and said the Gay & High Street intersection permit is being pushed through; if approved this month the project could go to bid before year-end.

Kelly Goff, a consulting engineer for the borough, told the committee the borough is compiling its MS4 annual reports and has reviewed bids for the storm sewer project. "So my recommendation would be to award the base bid and the alternate bid to the low bidder of new pipe," Goff said after calling references and consulting with local apprenticeship program representatives.
