The county executive addressed the Budget, Finance and Personnel Committee and urged members to act on Resolution No. 122 that night, saying bid deadlines and grant requirements created an urgent timeline. "If we don't vote and pass this tonight, on Saturday, which really is tomorrow, the bids are up. It's gonna cost us at least 15%, which is about $2,000,000, if not more, that we're gonna add to the cost," she said.
