During the consent portion of the Sept. 2 meeting the board approved payment of presented bills, an appropriation modification moving $40,000 within Water District Revenue accounts, transfers to correct Dog & Kennel transfers for the 2nd and 3rd quarters ($4,750 each), and additional appropriations including $60,000 to Sanitary Revenue Sewer - Rattlesnake (materials) and $19,314 to Clerk of Courts computer research.
