Staff reported director-level reviews and determinations made under the ALUCP delegation for the May 16–June 15 period. Mr. Ruhl said the director reviewed and issued a determination of consistency for one non-legislative case (ZAP1684MA26) and approved another case under Resolution 2011-02 (ZAP1113RG26).
