The commission approved a slate of hires across departments, amended the staffing plan to add a distribution center assistant (grade 10), approved a transfer for Monica Hodges and authorized merit increases.

The Limestone County Commission approved hiring for multiple positions (listed by the chair) including solid waste staff, corrections officers, a center manager, deputy sheriff, and network specialists after a single motion to approve hires 1–8. Chair Colin Daley read the names aloud and the motion, made by Commissioner Ruth and seconded by Commissioner Turner, passed unanimously.
