The Public Works and Capital Projects Committee approved Resolution 8, authorizing the county to acquire a fee interest from Cablevision of Wappingers Falls, Inc. (formerly Cablevision of Boston, Inc.) for an intersection improvement project at Middlebush Road and Sergeant Palmer Way in the town of Wappingers, Dutchess County. The clerk read the resolution; it was moved, seconded and passed by voice vote.
