The ALUC voted unanimously to find consistent a tentative condominium map that would create 58 racetrack recreational lots (fourplex concept) at the Thermal Motor Club, accepting the applicant's survey‑of‑similar‑uses methodology to estimate occupancy and imposing conditions including noise attenuation, abrogation easements and a drone prohibition.
