Andrew Ruiz, WRCOG's Chief Financial Officer, presented the fiscal year 2026–27 proposed budget and said agency revenues are expected to rise about 16% with expenditures up roughly 8% compared with the amended FY25–26 budget. He described IRIN as the primary driver of next year’s budget.
