During the pulled consent discussion on Sept. 9, Commissioner Krupa (City of Hemet) thanked staff for a meeting with city staff and requested an additional traffic‑modeling scenario for Simpson Road (Segment 3 of the San Jacinto Valley Expressway). Krupa asked staff to model an interim condition that assumes the rest of the expressway is not yet constructed so the immediate impacts to Simpson Road can be assessed.
