The Springfield City Planning Commission recommended that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen accept a $90,000 maintenance bond from Reyes Construction for Reyes Estates. Staff said the bond provides a one-year warranty period and was calculated per Section 3-3 of the subdivision regulations.
