The committee approved Referral 26-0237 authorizing a negotiated lease with the University of Rochester for space at Monroe Community Hospital for a community dialysis unit. Legislator Long declared a personal interest before the vote. The motion was moved by Legislator Payne and seconded by Majority Leader Utelson.
