A staff member told the board they are experiencing ongoing problems with their Granicus short-term rental provider, including accounts going to pending status, password issues, and limited detail in payment reporting. The staff member said the town sent a strongly worded email declining renewal at the current quoted price and said the town is exploring other vendor options.
