Commission schedules hearing, raises maximum size for accessory structures to 1,100 sq ft
Auburn commissioners set an Oct. 20 public hearing to amend accessory-structure rules and voted to change section 154.8(B) maximum square footage from 1,000 to 1,100; motion carried unanimously.

The commission voted to set a public hearing on proposed amendments to ordinance sections 154.8(B),(C) and 154.31 addressing accessory structures. Commissioners Putt and Buchmann moved to schedule the hearing and to change the maximum square footage in section 154.8(B) from 1,000 to 1,100 square feet; the motion passed unanimously (Yeas 6, Nays 0).
