Commission recommends conditional final plat for Grove Phase 1 after traffic study flags phase 3

The Broken Arrow Planning Commission recommended approval of a conditional final plat for the Grove Phase 1 subdivision after staff presented the project and a traffic impact analysis. Staff told the commission the request covers 33.66 acres and 105 lots (rezoned by BAZ0014592024) and recommended approving phase 1 while coordinating mitigation for later phases. "The conclusion of the study showed that traffic would remain acceptable during phases 1 and 2, but would not be acceptable or would operate below acceptable levels at during phase 3," staff said during the presentation.
