The Board announced and held an executive session on pending litigation under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) beginning at 11:00 a.m. with an estimated duration of 45 minutes; the Board exited that session at 11:30 a.m. The minutes also record an executive session scheduled for personnel matters under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., with an estimated duration of one hour.
