The Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees approved a School Teaching Permit for Manuel J. Sanchez Jr. during the June 22 open session. Robert Ayala Jr. moved and Rosario Morales seconded the motion; the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor of the permit.
