At the June 22 meeting, Trustee Louisa Franklin asked the board to consider the written protocol the district uses when law enforcement visits campuses in an official capacity. Superintendent Dr. Ramiro Nava provided clarification on the protocol Cotulla ISD currently follows for visitors, including law enforcement, and the board took no formal action.
