Cotulla ISD trustees authorized an additional payment of $15,350 to Presence Learning Inc. to cover services incurred for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year. Robert Ayala Jr. moved and Rosario Morales seconded the approval; the board recorded a unanimous vote.
