The Andover Board of Assessors voted Sept. 1 to contact David Smith for an updated application and map for Map 2 Lot 6, a 17-acre parcel, following staff review that found missing and mismatched materials. Brian Mills made the motion, which Mark Thurston seconded; the vote carried and the board directed staff to follow up with the owner.
