Superintendent Dr. Tony Mann presented the Defined Learning contract and described its intended integration with district technology. Mr. Mark Lucht moved to accept the contract; Mr. Neal Lucht seconded. The motion passed by unanimous roll call—5 ayes, no nays, no abstentions.
