Codes Official Barry Ottinger reported that letters were sent to properties with violations and that everyone responded except one parcel off Miser Station where the owner has passed away. Ottinger told the commission staff are attempting to locate the next of kin and may coordinate with the court's probate office to establish an estate representative.
