Lancaster County commissioners approved several routine administrative actions May 12, including multiple weed-abatement and mowing contracts (total not to exceed $40,000), referee contracts to hear valuation protests for tax years 2026'2028, a three-year lease for 13.92 acres of agricultural land, a partial release of a 10-foot utility easement in Yankee Ridge, and a special designated license for Countryside Venue LLC for a May 22 reception at Roker Ridge Events.
