Commission holds two executive sessions on potential litigation and potential solar project
The Board recessed twice into executive session: a 15-minute attorney–client session to discuss potential litigation (attendees included county counsel and staff) and a 60-minute attorney–client session to discuss a potential solar project with outside counsel and staff; the chair said no decisions were made in open session.

The board voted to enter a 15-minute executive session under the attorney–client privilege exception to discuss potential litigation. The motion named attendees in addition to the commissioners: Scott Brown, Bill Jeter and Darren Myers. After the session the chair said no decisions were made in open session.
