Matt Phillips of Southeast Engineering Group presented a pre-application for "Onshore Orthodontics," a proposed 10,000-square-foot building on US 17 between Pages Dairy and SR 200, with 5,000 sq ft for orthodontic operations and 5,000 sq ft for future tenants.
