Cass County Commissioners voted to approve Codes and Zoning application 3173 — the Prairie Ridge Acres preliminary subdivision near East 203rd Street and South Prairie Lane Road in Peculiar. Staff reported the split would divide roughly 40 acres into seven lots: five just over five acres and two of about 6.8 acres; the Planning Board had recommended approval unanimously and no members of the public spoke for or against the application.
