Cass County approved Resolution 26 S 30 on April 1 to engage Great River Engineering Associates Incorporated for engineering services related to the Link Road structural project. Road and Bridge staff reported the existing culvert is beyond its service life and that the contractor will perform a watershed study, secure permits and size a new box culvert; commissioners voted 2-0 to approve the work order.
