Tabitha Bostick, chair of the Nassau County Development Review Committee, opened the session and invited the applicant for Tab A to present. Jim Johns, president of Solid Rock Engineering, said he represented the proposed Turner Ace warehouse and that the property owner, Steve Turner, and project manager Woodard Holland were present to answer questions. "My name is Jim Johns, president of Solid Rock Engineering, engineering record for this proposed development," Johns said during his introduction.
