Nassau County presents capital improvements update, highlights completed projects
Capital Projects staff told commissioners the five-year CIP and long-range plan include completed work on Henry Smith Road, Fire Stations 70/90, and several intersection improvements; staff said no new funding requests were made in the presentation.

Robert, a Capital Projects presenter, opened a long-range capital improvement plan briefing and reviewed categories of capital work, saying the presentation did not include requests for new funding. He listed recently completed projects including Henry Smith Road resurfacing, Fire Station 70 and 90 (delivered under budget but with remaining small items), and Pages Dairy and Chester Road intersection improvements. "The Henry Smith Road project was completed, which was, resurfacing and improvement project," Robert said as he reviewed completed items.
