The Village Council approved Resolution R03-26, a performance resolution required by the Michigan Department of Transportation for a municipality to receive an Individual Permit for Use of State Highway Right of Way or an annual application for miscellaneous operations within the state highway right of way. Councilmember Miller moved for approval; Councilmember Schuler seconded and the motion passed by unanimous vote.
