Representatives of Love’s Travel Stop (S8) described a conditional‑use request to add four RV overnight parking spaces with water, electric and Wi‑Fi at 1415 11th Street. The company representative said the overnight amenity is intended as a one‑night stop for travelers and that the average reservation would include shower use and limited on‑site time.
