Representatives from Three Rivers Hospital outlined a proposal to operate a rotating mobile clinic in Mansfield. Jennifer Best told the council the concept would provide basic medical access by "a mobile clinic serving the Mansfield area on a rotating basis," and presenter Jamie Boyer joined the discussion on how scheduling and community outreach might work.
