Committee discusses Eversource incentives; Pathway 3 could bring technical assistance

The director told the committee that Eversource representatives reached out with potential incentives for the 911 center project and described two tracks depending on the stage of design. Pathway 3 would bring an efficiency coordinator and technical assistance early in the project; Pathway 4 offers an incentives calculation later in the design process based on the equipment actually selected.
