Levan council adopts standard procurement policy; sets thresholds for quotes and RFPs
The council unanimously approved Resolution No. 08132026-002 adopting a procurement policy that designates the clerk/recorder as purchasing agent, requires three quotes for purchases over $5,000, and mandates sealed bids/RFPs for purchases over $40,000.
