The council approved the Silver Sage commercial subdivision final plat contingent upon execution of a development agreement and meeting bonding requirements. Planning & Zoning had unanimously approved the preliminary plat previously; staff confirmed the final plat conforms with the preliminary plat and engineering review items have been addressed.
