IDA staff told the board the multipurpose facility is advancing through design development and that phase 2 DD drawings covering the building exterior should be complete by mid‑July. Staff said the project team received a draft guaranteed maximum price (GMP) slightly above $3,800,000 and that figure remains within the grant dollars the IDA has secured for the project.
