Committee approves trial contract to add ParkMobile app as second payment platform

Legistar 94307 authorizes a noncompetitive contract with ParkMobile LLC to add an additional application‑based payment option for parking meters. Staff told the committee this will "be a 2nd app" layered over the city’s existing vendor platform and used for a trial, noting the same app is used by UW–Madison and the City of Milwaukee.
