The Rangeley Planning Board voted to grant approval for the Blueberry Ridge subdivision (Map 0111003) after making the formal findings required by town code and state statute. Chair read findings on the board's authority, adequacy of infrastructure (roads, utilities, water and drainage), lot-dimension conformity and environmental assessment before the board moved to approve the subdivision.
