Delaware County commissioners reconvened Sept. 14, 2026, to view video footage of the Butler Run drainage improvement petition and noted visible crop damage and sections of failed subsurface tile. The presentation included aerial passes along State Route 521 and south of the county road near '71, where commissioners and residents pointed to brown, damaged crop areas and localized standing water.
